Clubhouse 1099 is a geographically-capped, invitation-only network of 535 Regional Venture Scouts.
Members source enterprise technology contracts for underserved local businesses and earn a 10% commission
on every closed engagement — while building a documented, IRS-compliant business development paper trail
that supports Schedule C travel deductions under IRC §7701(o).
What You Can Earn
Regional Venture Scout commissions range from $600 to $7,500 or more, based on a 10% share of the
finalized contract value. Engagements start at $6,000 for a weekly rate and scale to $55,000+ per
quarter for complex, multi-resource projects.
Membership
$279/year. 535 seats allocated nationwide by congressional district. Seats are geographically capped —
one per district in most regions. Operated by Colon Hyphen Bracket, LLC in strict compliance with
IRC §7701(o) and §6700.
